Your privacy matters enormously to us. Your images are never shared, used in our portfolio, on our website or on social media, without your specific written permission. Many clients are happy for us to showcase a favourite shot, while others prefer everything to stay completely private, and both choices are entirely respected. Your gallery belongs to you.

Not at all, and honestly, most of our clients say exactly this before their shoot. Our all-female team specialises in guiding complete beginners through every pose, expression and outfit change, so you never need to know what to do. Nerves almost always settle within the first few minutes of hair and makeup, once you realise how looked after you are.

Very little. We supply every outfit from our extensive wardrobe, along with professional hair and makeup, so there's no need to buy or borrow anything. The one thing we do ask you to bring is two pairs of stockings, ideally one nude and one black, to give our stylists flexibility across your different looks.

Our wardrobe spans sizes XS through to 5XL, with an extraordinary £300,000 collection of costumes to choose from. Every outfit, from vintage pin-up dresses to contemporary glamour pieces, is available across that full size range, so you can be confident there will be looks that fit and flatter you beautifully on the day.

It depends on your package. Our Mini shoot runs three to four hours, our Classic, the most popular choice for first-time clients, runs four to six hours, our Deluxe experience is a full day where you are the only client booked in the studio, and our Grand Deluxe is an extended, all-day experience of around seven to ten hours. Our Modern Boudoir & Glamour shoots are shorter and simpler by design. Your team will confirm exact timings when you book.

Yes. After your shoot, you'll be invited back to the studio to view your full gallery with a member of our team, and together you'll choose your favourite images from the session. This viewing appointment is a lovely part of the experience in itself, and there's never any pressure.

Our retouching is built around enhancing your natural features, not changing them. The goal is always to show you looking like the very best, most confident version of yourself, with world-class retouching that smooths and polishes rather than reshapes. Clients consistently tell us their images still look completely, recognisably like them.

No, and please don't let that put you off. To book, you pay a 50% deposit to secure your date. We also offer 0% interest-free payment plans over 3 months through PayPal on every package, so you can spread the cost rather than paying everything at once. Payment plans are subject to status and PayPal's terms, and your team will talk you through the options when you book.

Absolutely. Gift vouchers are a popular choice for birthdays, hen dos, anniversaries and simply because someone deserves a boost of confidence. Get in touch with the studio and your team will help you choose the right package and arrange the voucher, ready to give to someone special.

Many clients love bringing a friend along for moral support, and you're welcome to do so. Some clients even book a joint shoot together for double the fun. Do let the team know in advance if you're planning to bring someone, so they can make sure the studio is ready to welcome you both.

Absolutely, and you'd be in good company. Over ninety per cent of our clients travel from outside Birmingham to shoot with us, with excellent train links straight into the city centre. Our studio is tucked away in a beautiful, quiet and characterful part of Birmingham, with free secure parking if you're driving. Many clients make a full day, or even a weekend, out of their visit.

Booking starts with a simple enquiry through our website or by phone, where our team will talk you through packages and available dates. Once you have chosen your package, a 50% deposit is all you need to secure your date in the diary, and you can spread the cost over 3 months, 0% interest-free, with PayPal. Your team will guide you through every step, including any remaining details, when you get in touch.
