Store Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the purchase of printed calendars and gift vouchers from Dollhouse Photography Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product Descriptions

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to update information on our website. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed through our website using our secure payment system powered by Stripe. Payment is processed at the point of purchase. We accept payment by card via Stripe. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is received.

Delivery

Printed calendars are dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times vary by location. We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days of dispatch, though we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. You remain responsible for your order until delivery is confirmed.

Cancellation Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel and receive a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the goods are unused and in original condition. To cancel, contact info@dollhousephotography.co.uk with your order reference. Refunds (less return postage) will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated at the point of sale. Vouchers are redeemable against any photography package or service offered by Dollhouse Photography Ltd. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred. Refund of vouchers is not permitted except where required by law.

Photoshoot Bookings

Bookings for photography sessions are subject to separate booking terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of booking. Session bookings are not covered by these store terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your purchase. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
